Gateway Theatre Pacific Festival - Language Exchange Game Show

Dates: Saturday, March 23 and Sunday, March 24, 2019
Time: 2 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Location: The Atrium of Richmond Cultural Centre

Want to practice your English or learn Mandarin? Join a mixed Mandarin and English speaking team of friends and neighbours and compete in fun games! Game show hosts Johnny and Jasmine will take you on a journey starting at the Richmond Cultural Centre, through Minoru Park, and ending at a secret location.

Surprise yourself by getting to know strangers, learning about the history of Richmond, testing your language skills and discovering new corners of the neighbourhood.

Comfortable walking shoes and weather appropriate attire required. Suitable for ages 7 and above, children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Event will run rain or shine!

FAQs

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Richmond Cultural Centre is a short walk from Richmond-Brighouse Skytrain Station. Public parking is available on site. Please give yourself extra time to find parking.

What can I bring into the event?
Warm clothes, hats and gloves! An open mind and comfortable walking shoes. We recommend leaving big bags at home, as we'll be outdoors and on the move.
